All our flowers are made with love and care, Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Kathleens KJ Ltd is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this. Acts of God, sudden ill health and adverse weather conditions may affect our ability to deliver a product or service. However, in cases of adverse weather we will remain in contact with you prior to and, we will discuss a contingency plan with you. Ultimately, we can accept no responsibility for Acts of God or adverse weather conditions.  

Complaints                                                                                                 

We pride ourselves in providing an excellent service however should it be needed, any complaints must be made within 24 hours along with photographic evidence. No responsibility can be taken with regards to poor condition once flowers have been approved.
